I am a professional pastry and bakery chef with over 19 years of experience in culinary industry. I previously worked in hotels and currently employed with seabourn cruise lines.

With years of experience in cruise industry.Previously in charge in THOMAS KELLER GRILL desserts. and currently a mentor to new CDP who is working for SOLIS. as part of emplementation team for solis, i make sure that standard are  followed and delivered to our guest in timely manner.

I’ve spent most of these years working for seabourn.I have learned alot of techniques and skills. as well as leadership ad management skills.

I believe in the fact that learning never stops and I am interested in learning new techniques, researching and  developing menus to be better.
